According to Nigerian Tribune, Primate Elijah Ayodele has identified specific states he believes will play a crucial role in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s quest for a second term in office.
According to him, these states hold significant political value and could strongly influence the success of the president’s re-election campaign if properly managed.
He emphasized that Tinubu must not take these regions or their governors for granted, noting that their support could make a decisive difference.
The cleric further warned that there are ongoing political maneuvers in the northern region that could pose a challenge to the president’s ambition.
He pointed out that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar is actively working behind the scenes to consolidate influence and possibly secure alliances that may shift the balance of power.
He advised the president to recognize their importance and invest time and effort in sustaining their loyalty.
