Olayinka Reacts As Soludo Said We Have Built Roads In Places That Have Never Seen Road Before

Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has taken a swipe at Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, following his recent remarks on infrastructural development in the state.

Soludo had stated, “We have built roads in many places that have never seen one inch of tarred road before.”

Reacting to the comment on his X handle, Olayinka, known for his outspoken nature and strong online presence, replied with a subtle jab directed at Soludo’s predecessor, Peter Obi.

He wrote, “The same Anambra Mr ONE SHOE governed for 8 years?”

The phrase “Mr ONE SHOE” was a clear reference to Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State and presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 general elections.

Olayinka’s comment appeared to question the credibility of Soludo’s statement by suggesting that Obi, who governed the state for eight years, had neglected certain areas in terms of infrastructure.

The exchange has since sparked reactions on social media, with users debating Olayinka’s remark and revisiting the performance records of both Soludo and Obi.
