Festus Keyamo Mocks Opposition As Mass APC Supporters Stage “Tinubu Must Go Again” Walk In Adamawa

The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has shared a post about a rally by supporters of President Bola Tinubu in Yola, Adamawa State, ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The rally, reportedly attended by a large crowd, featured the slogan “Tinubu Must Go Again 2027,” which Keyamo reacted to humorously on social media.

In his reaction, the minister suggested that supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) had taken over a phrase often associated with opposition calls for Tinubu to leave office.

“TINUBU MUST GO … AGAIN (TILL 2031)!! Na we don hijack the name!” Keyamo wrote, adding laughing emojis.

The rally took place in Yola, the home state of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, and was presented as a show of support for Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.

A video of the event showed a large crowd filling the streets, with the gathering linked to the hashtags #ArewaForAsiwaju and #A4A, used by supporters campaigning for the president.

Keyamo’s post turned the rally’s slogan into a political joke, interpreting “go again” as a call for Tinubu to secure another term and remain in office until 2031.
