Widow of the late Biafran leader, Bianca Ojukwu, shared a touching moment on her official Instagram page as she attended the memorial lecture held in honour of her late husband in Abuja.
The Minister of foreign affairs, Bianca posted a photo on her official Instagram account, on Wednesday, 22nd April, 2026, reflecting on his enduring legacy and contributionsof her late Husband, Ojukwu.
According to her post, the event formed part of activities marking the annual memorial lecture organised in his honour, where discussions centred on sustainability and climate resilience. She noted that the ideals her husband stood for particularly his deep respect for nature and advocacy for environmental balance remain relevant in today’s global conversations.
Bianca also highlighted his passion for tree planting and his belief in preserving the environment long before climate action gained widespread attention, describing trees as vital to humanity’s future.
