Nafiu Bala, the factional National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has addressed concerns about his ability to lead the party despite not being fluent in English
In a video shared by AIT, Bala said that Dumebi Kachikwu and other members of the ADC causing problems in the party are fluent in English
Baba said although he is not fluent in English, he is determined to find effective ways to communicate with ADC members and carry out his responsibilities as national chairman.
