Several reactions have trailed the comment that was made by APC chieftain and Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo after mammoth crowd joined ADC leaders to protest in Abuja.
The reaction of Festus Keyamo was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
This is coming after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC removed the names of some ADC leaders from its portal.
In the post that Festus Keyamo shared on his official X handle, he said Nigerians are not gullible and can not be deceived. He said there are 21 political parties that are registered in Nigeria. Festus Keyamo said the leaders of ADC are trying to blackmail Nigerians.
Here is what Festus Keyamo wrote on his official X handle;
“So, the survival of our democracy is now anchored on the recognition of one faction of one of the 21 registered political parties we have in this country? The same faction, even when recognized, could not win a single seat in the just concluded FCT election?”.
