We Held More Than 5 Meetings Before The NWC Was Dissolved & Nafiu Bala Came To The Meetings -Nwosu

Former ADC National Chairman Ralph Nwosu has alleged that the former deputy national chairman, Nafiu Bala who is now challenging the party’s new leadership in court was not only present throughout the process that produced that leadership but was one of its most active and helpful participants.

Speaking in an interview with Arise TV, Nwosu said, “We held more than five meetings over eight months before the NWC was finally dissolved and David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola, and his team were elected to handle the party’s affairs. And Nafiu Bala was one of the prominent people throughout he came to all the meetings. And he was actually one of the persons who were particularly helpful to me, because through a marketing agency, he travelled across the Northeast and the Northwest to speak with leaders about why the coalition should be with the ADC,” he said.

Nwosu argued that it was therefore deeply puzzling when Nafiu headed to court on September 2 just few weeks after the new leadership was formally elected on July 29 to seek legal redress against the very process he had been part of.
