Social media users have reacted after Nigerian publisher and ADC chieftain, Dele Momodu, shared an old photograph showing two prominent politicians, Femi Gbajabiamila and Kayode Fayemi, serving food at his residence years ago.
Momodu posted the image on his Facebook page on Monday, March 23, 2026, revealing that the picture was taken about two decades ago at his home in Accra, Ghana. According to him, the moment captured a time when both men were still on their political journeys before assuming major positions in Nigeria.
He wrote: “This picture is two decades old. The setting was my home in Accra, Ghana. Till this day, my style has not changed. I love entertaining my friends and visitors… No one knows tomorrow. Rt. Hon. Femi GBAJABIAMILA is Chief of Staff to President TINUBU today. Dr. Kayode FAYEMI was Governor of Ekiti State… I remain steadfast on my lane…”
The post have attracted reactions from users. One Facebook user, Ozor Onyebuchi, wrote: “He that plays host to people will one day host angels…..”
Another commenter, Oluwasegun Anifowose DjCandy, reacted to the political undertones surrounding the image, writing: “This is the man one idiot was saying is trying to fraternise with Sunday Igboho!” A page named Politics Arena commented: “Chief Dele Momodu won him hands down. Thankfully, he conceded defeat very early tactically.”
Another user, Moses Adebayo, jokingly remarked about Momodu’s love for food: “Bob Dee, the Koko point I think U should take away is the fact that OLD MAN DON COME so tone down on Ur high appetite for Food. Ire o egbon”
Bamoyegun Abimbola Apoti Eri also weighed in, referencing other political figures such as Femi Fani-Kayode and Reno Omokri: “Tinubu has been feeding you guys a long time ago .. I Love you, you quickly push this out yourself before your neck pressers, Femi Fani-Kayode and Reno Omokri use it to press your neck again…”
