Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication and Social Media to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, has called out Nigerian broadcaster Rufai Oseni for sharing a report that claimed United States President Donald Trump told President Bola Tinubu to leave the United Kingdom and return home to address Nigeria’s security crisis.
The report surfaced online shortly after President Tinubu visited King Charles in the United Kingdom. According to the unverified report, Trump allegedly told Tinubu to go back to Nigeria and sort out the country’s insecurity challenges, referencing the recent deadly explosions in Maiduguri.

Rufai Oseni, a well-known presenter on Arise Television, reportedly shared the report on his platform, drawing immediate backlash from Olayinka who dismissed it as fake news. Responding on his official X account, Olayinka took a direct swipe at the broadcaster, writing, “Animal anatomist also shared fake news.”
The “animal anatomist” tag is a reference Olayinka has previously used to mock Oseni’s educational background, and his use of it in this context was clearly intended as both a dismissal of the report and a personal jab at the broadcaster.
