In a recent video post on YouTube, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, has revealed that President Bola Tinubu has intervened in the dispute over the lands acquired for the second runway project, directing that all demands of the affected communities be met.

Wike, who has been outspoken on the plight of residents displaced by the project, said he escalated the matter to the President after observing the growing tension in the communities.

“I have to take the matter to Tinubu, and he said Whatever they ask for, give it to them,” Wike disclosed.

Wike assured the public that the President’s directive would be fully implemented, adding that the Federal Government is committed to ensuring justice for the affected families.

He said the administration will not allow development projects to create new layers of inequality and suffering.Continue, Full, Reading>>>>
