Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) of Nigeria, has promised that the Nigerian army will take action if the ongoing protest escalates, as reported by Vanguard.
“We will take action if the ongoing hunger protest escalates,” he said.
Musa made this statement while answering questions from journalists about the level of violence recorded in the country.

He highlighted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s efforts to improve the economy.
“He is just one year in office and he has done very well, and I know that with these initiatives, we will soon start to see the positive results,” he said.
