My 4 year Old Grandson Said Grandpa Tell Me The Truth Why Did They Call You Lair Mohammed – Lai Mohammed

Lai Mohammed, the former Nigerian Minister of Information and Culture, has spoken about a question his grandson asked him.

In a video recently shared by AIT, Mohammed disclosed that in 2019, his four-year-old grandson seriously asked him why people called him “Lair Mohammed.” He said this question made him realize that he would have to spend the rest of his life explaining his actions and decisions, both as a minister and a spokesperson.

In Mohammed’s words: “Sometime in 2019, my then 4-year-old grandson came to me with all seriousness that a 4-year-old could muster, he came and said grandpa tell me the truth, why did they call you “Lair Mohammed”. Then I knew I had a problem in my hands.
