Gov Abba: They Said We Must Move Out By 3pm And You Came 15mins To The Time, Zainab Bayero
Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State showed exceptional compassion and generosity by stepping in to pay the rent for the late Emir of Kano’s daughter, Zainab Ado Bayero, her brother, and her mother.
This act of kindness prevented them from being evicted from their apartment in Lagos. The timely intervention by the Governor not only ensured that the family had a roof over their heads but also alleviated the stress and uncertainty they were facing.
Zainab Ado Bayero expressed deep gratitude for Governor Yusuf’s assistance, emphasizing that his timely help saved them from being forcibly removed from their home.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sanusi Tofa, further confirmed the importance of the Governor’s intervention as it occurred just hours before the eviction deadline, underscoring the critical nature of the support provided.
According to The Sun, Zainab said, “You came at the right time, we were about to be forcefully evicted from the facility for our inability to pay the rent, they said today is final, we must move out by 3pm and you came just fifteen minutes to the time, they have already mobilised youths to remove us out of the apartment, Alhamdulillah for your arrival….Sêē Morē
