An Insult Was Meted To My Govt, My Picture Was Not Included In Year Of Our Lord Calender – Sim Fubara

Sim Fubara, the governor of Rivers State, has spoken about his reason for removing Chidi Awuse from his position as Chairman of the Rivers State Council of Traditional Rulers.

In a video shared by Sahara TV, Fubara stated that under the leadership of Awuse, the council produced a calendar for the year 2024 and deliberately refused to include the photographs of the governor and the deputy governor. He said this was a big insult to his administration. He also stated that Awuse’s leadership was ineffective and that he failed to promote good relationships among council members and with the state government.
